What method do you use for cleaning?

The method we use for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rugs, tile & grout cleaning is hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. SimplyPure Cleaning Company use hot water extraction method and special solutions help us to removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently.

Do I need to vacuum before your crew arrives?

We recommended to do a light vacuuming in the traffic areas but not required. If needed, our professional staff can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned. Don’t worry and entrust us your home, we will save your time.

What do you consider as an area / room?

The average room size, or area, is up to 250 square feet. Any area over 250 square feet but less than 500 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas are priced separately from the standard areas, usually at a lesser price. Room sizes may vary by location.

How long will it take to clean my carpet?

On average, it will take approximately 25 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

How long until I can walk on recently cleaned carpet?

We recommend staying off of the cleaned carpet until the carpet has fully dried. It is however safe to walk on the carpet as long as your feet or shoes are clean. We recommend to be cautions from walking from carpet to hard surface as your feet may be slippery. Usually it takes from 45 minutes up to 2.5 hours.

Are your chemicals safety for pets and kids?

Our carpet cleaning solutions are 100% safe for both children and pets. They are non-toxic, green solutions that are safe for people, pets and the environment.

What should I do prior to getting my carpet cleaned?

We recommend removing all things from the areas and rooms you want cleaned. Items such as rugs, magazines, kids toys, dog toys, breakables and any furniture items blocking the high traffic areas to be cleaned. In most cases, normal furniture does not have to be removed.

Will stains come back at a later date?

Any stains that are treated and cleaned will not come back because of our stain cleaning and removal rinse process which neutralizes all residues. Some stains are permanent and cannot be removed.

What payment method do you accept?

SimplyPure Cleaning Company are completely digital and paperless. We accept all major credit cards or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, Zelle. We do not except cash, money orders, checks or any other form of payment for any reason.

Do you move furniture?

Unfortunately we do not move any furniture for safety and insurance reasons. Please move any and all furniture that may block the cleaning of high trafficked carpet areas before the technician arrives.

Is your staff insured and background checks?

Because your safety and confidence mean so much, all cleaning technicians and staff are licensed, bonded, insured and passed background check.

Is there a service window? When will my technician arrive?

Due to the unpredictable nature of Chicago traffic and other unforeseen events, we cannot always commit to an exact time. To allow our customers to more accurately plan their day, we provide a 30-minutes timeframe in which they can expect their technician to arrive. We are high-tech company thats why you will get text message notification  directly when our technician are on the way. Also, we send you location link so you can check in real-time where's technician is driving and how long does it takes to arrive.
